At Air Pro Bros, we strive to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for services booked through our website, by phone, or in person.

1. Service Refunds

Completed Services: Because air duct and dryer vent cleaning is a service that is performed on-site, refunds are generally not available once the service has been completed.
Service Concerns: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us within 7 days of service. We will review the concern and, at our discretion, may offer a re-service or partial refund.

2. Appointment Cancellations

Customer Cancellations (24+ Hours Notice): If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund of any prepayment.
Customer Cancellations (<24 Hours Notice): Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to $50 or 20% of the service cost, whichever is greater).
No-Shows: Failure to provide notice and not being available at the scheduled appointment time may result in a forfeiture of any prepayment.

3. Company Cancellations

If we must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, equipment issues, or emergencies), we will:

Offer to reschedule at a convenient time, OR
Provide a full refund of any prepayment, if you do not wish to reschedule.

4. Deposits

Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, deposits may be retained as a cancellation fee.

5. Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
